As you know I love Victoria and Tabitha has always been one of my faves as well. Unfortunately I have a cousin named Tabitha so I can't use it. I do not like the NN Vika or Vicki but Tori is ok. Both of my kids have NN unrelated to their names so if I used Victoria I would probably pick a NN that was unrelated to it as well. As far as your combos go...

Victoria Hazel - I don't really care for Hazel at all
Victoria Holly - prefer Holly as a first name
Victoria Faye - I prefer this spelling and it is a family name for me
Victoria June - I don't care for June
Victoria Wren - I really like this combo
Victoria Rosalie - very pretty

Victoria Susan - I don't care for Susan but think that Victoria Suzanne would be nice

BTW I have heard Abi as a NN for Tabitha in fact my dad has always called my cousin Abi-Tae.
