Alana (and all variants therein): ah-LAN-uh
Alyssa: uh-LIS-uh
Elissa: ee-LIS-uh
I pronounce Erin and Aaron the same way. Same with Carrie and Kerry.
I'm American, so that probably influences my pronunciation of several of these names.
