This is so pretty, what do you think of Aisling? Aisling or Aislin?

I heard that Aisling is ASH-ling and Aislin is ASH-lin, does anyone know for sure? Because I've heard that Aisling is ASH-leen and ASH-leeng before.

Is it common in Ireland?
