Alfred is pretty awesome. Allie for a boy name suddenly strikes me as very postmodern-Victorian edgy. I think I like it even more than Albert.

I like Elias more than Elior. Elior sounds pretty fantasy-novel-tastic, like the name of a sorcerer's apprentice. Which is cool if that's what you're going for, but I'm not in a Merlin mindframe right now I guess!I think Elias suits Alfred in style much better. BUT, if it was ME, I'd go with Alfred and Eli. Ahh, old school cool at its finest.
