This may differ from the popular opinion, but I'll say it anyway: go ahead and use the traditional spelling of the name if it appeals to you. Yes, she will have to correct people on the spelling and pronunciation of her name, especially in school, but if the world can handle Keightlynns, Kaiyylees, Maddizynns, and Emmulieghs, it can handle a Caiomhe. It's not that bad.And for the record, I think the name is lovely.
