I would use Ria as a nn for Alexandria.

From the others; Alex is ok, and Ali (but I prefer the spelling Ally)

Thanks, but Ria wouldn't work. I have a friend named Ariane "Ria" and we spend a lot of time together so it would be extremely confusing.
