Help[Opinions] Dorothy vs. Dorothea
I've been hooked on Dorothea for quite a while now, but I'm having problems fitting it with middle names (or first names). I've never really liked Dorothy, but I'm finding that it flows easier as a middle name.
What do you think? Do you prefer one over the other? Why?

Prefer Dorothea. It can be shortened to Dot, Dotty, Dora and Thea. It is hard to fit with other names though. The best I can think of now is Dorothea Jane. Or maybe Anna Dorothea. Or Dorothea Willow.

I like Dorothea better. Dorothy makes me think of Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. Though I love the movie, I wouldn't use the name. Dorothea still has some life in it I think.
