I'm not sure about drawbacks, but the mythology definitely isn't too much of a stigma, I know two Cassandras and it's never been a problem for either. One of the Cassandras I know goes by Cassie, but the other goes by her full name.
Cassandra Mary is really nice, I like it best out of your options.
