But…at some places in Greece where were not under the Roman Turks or German we can have the evidence that we want about the pronunciation and the spelling of some words and that is where we –the persons who work with philology and etymology- find the evidence we need about our studies as for the ei- sound it is an ancient I sound (if I expressed right)Anyway I am not to *get into you*
