I remember reading a childrens book once and there was a kid called Russell, and the protaganist thought it was "terribly posh". And then you have, shall we say eccentric, Russell Brandt and the rustling of paper. However I do admit it is handsome and on the right person, like all names, no one will think of those associations, just of the person.
