I was just thinking about Mahalia the other day. I like it very much.
I work with a Mahala ("ma-HAY-luh"), which she says is a variant. I confess I like Mahalia more though. Her name is Mahala Katherine, by the way. For mns, how about:
Mahalia Katherine Rose
Mahalia Rebecca Katherine
Mahalia Katherine Renata
Mahalia Rebecca Eve
Mahalia Katherine Eve
Mahalia Katherine Gabrielle
Mahalia Eve Gabrielle
Mahalia Rebecca Carmel ("car-MEL")
Mahalia Carmel Rebecca ("CAR-ml")
Mahalia Eve Carmela
Mahalia Rachel Katherine
Mahalia Rosamund Eve
Mahalia Ruth Emmanuelle
Mahalia Eve Raphaela

Mix and match, of course. Sorry for any repeats. Could any of these work for you, or give you ideas for other combos?
As for Mahalia and Milo, my rule of thumb is that two siblings with the same first letter could be put down to coincidence. Three is a theme. I wouldn't worry about Mahalia and Milo as siblings.
