[Opinions] How do YOU pronounce Katarina

I'm really liking the name, the problem is that once again I pronounce it differently. If you click on the link - Katarina - it lists the pronunciation I use. However my boyfriend says kat-a-rina and I want to see if that's the common way to say it. If so, it's relegated to the middle name spot - I can't stand it said that way.
