Willa is very sweet and nostalgic sounding. The fact that it is your grandmother's name seals the deal. Love it. I'm probably alone on this, but I think the nn Billie is cute for a girl.
I work with a woman who named her dd Willa Rosemary, which is a nice combination. Just a thought.

You are not alone. I love the nn Billie on a girl. (Also love William "Bill" on a boy. A lot of the time I feel alone on that with all the Liams running around.) Also, ditto everything you said about Willa.
