As Thatcher is an occupation/surname it's unisex imo, though in this case I prefer it on a boy. Would be better as a mn on a girl.

I really like Zephyr & Thatcher, but for boys. I would prefer Zephyra for a girl, but I suppose Zephyr could work as well. Thatcher I just cannot see on a girl at all though.

I think that they all would actually make very pretty (if obscure) mns. I see Zephyr and Thatcher as more masculine than anything, but if you'd like them on girls, I don't see why they couldn't be. Thai would be a gorgeous mn, but honestly it may seem a bit weird if the girl isn't Thai. But I guess that's not too big a deal. But of the three, Thatcher is my least favorite. It just doesn't seem name-ish at all. Anyway, here are some combos with Zephyr and Thai. I'm just not crazy enough about Thatcher.

I'd never use any of them, but Thai (maybe it can work as a nn) and Zephyr (boy's name to me) are nice. Thatcher is too Margaret Thatcher-ish for my taste.
