[Opinions] Dude, it's NOT Harry Potter AT ALL.
And for that matter, neither is Lily, James, Harry, Fred, George, Oliver, Dolores, Ariana, Peter, Molly, Charlie, Bill, Percy, Seamus, Lavender, Dean, Teddy, Tom, Bertha, Rose, Hugo, Gabrielle, Viktor, Horace, Aurora, Charity, Neville, Wilhelmina, Fabian, Gideon, Frank, Amelia, Rufus, Stan, Cornelius, Amos, Cedric, Alice, Frank, or any of the purposefully REALLY traditional or even slightly out-there (but still traditional) names JK often picked for her characters. Arthur is great. Handsome and dignified. I'm not too keen on Art but I don't mind it.
