Woweee I'm called Fabiana but literally EVERYONE calls me fabi. Imma be honest i love my goofy name everyone calls me fabi, fabstar or bean picker. It's amazing and i love my name!!! And it's nice bc 1. My parents were gonna call me eliza (no shade to eliza from hamilton i love hamilton but i hate the name eliza) 2. I live in tea, biscuits and crumpet land so I've never met anyone else called Fabiana which is neat :3 the closest I've gotten is meeting a fabian and a fabien so yah shoutout to all my fabi- named ppl you guys are the homies.

It's my name, and I'm fine with it. I'm glad that I don't have a weird name, and that my parents opted for the regular spelling of this one. It's by no means an extraordinary name here in Brazil, so I don't have to say it more than once for people to get it, but at the same time I've never encountered many Fabianas.
