This is the name of a character in the Star Wars movie saga, created by George Lucas, who first appeared in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace as a comic relief character, banished from his people for his clumsiness, who goes on to unite the Gungan and Naboo people and become Junior Representative, representing his people in the Senate.
