From the Spanish phrase más si osare (un extraño enemigo) meaning "but if (a foreign enemy) dares" from the Mexican national anthem. This is borne by Mexican martial artist Masiosare 'Masio' Fullen (1987-). Since 2014 this name has been banned in the Mexican state of Sonora.
