Some usage was generated in the late 1990s and early 2000s due to the fact that several media outlets wrongly identified this as the real name of American rapper Silkk the Shocker (1975-), for example he was called Zyshonne Miller by Jet magazine in May 1998 and by the Washington Post in September 2000. His real name is Vyshonne or Vyshonn Miller.
