I think the meaning is quite beautiful and poignant, as a person who struggles with feelings of inadequacy and "I'm not enough". In my mind, naming your daughter Enough would be a powerful gift to her, a testimony that she is always enough - smart enough, beautiful enough, talented enough, etc.; that your love for her is unconditional and neverending, and she is always worthy and deserving of it.

If said with a British accent, this name will sound much too feminine for everyday usage. In America, though, it would sound distinctive and original.
