Yeshua / Yeshuah is such a beautiful name. I love the way it sounds as well as the meaning. The name originates from the same name as the Joshua. However, I prefer the name Yeshua over Joshua.
I rate Yeshua 4/10.I dislike this name. It is just not my cup of tea. Then its sound reminds me too much 'yeshiva' (ישיבה), a Jewish educational institution.
The name YeShua or YeShiva is a compound name of two elements; Ye = Yahweh and Shua or Shiva = Primal Adam. So, Jesus was the First Born of Yahweh, the Second Adam. He came as Floating with no place to rest his head and left no mark. He was never married and in fact, He behaved like the Mustard Seed, a person that has no tribal link.
Variations of this name in or via various Aramaic dialects include Yeshu (Syria, India), Yesu (India, China), Yishu (India), Ishu (Iraq), Isho (Iraq), Ishua (Iraq), Yishua (Iraq), Yasua (Arabia). Pronunciations have changed geographically, over centuries, and through the influences of local languages. Variations of Christ / Messiah include Masih, Meshikho, Meshikha, Mishiso, and Misaiya.
