Yasameen (ياسمين) Al-Raimi (الريمي), b.1985, is a Yemeni sports shooter. She competed in the women's 10 metre air pistol event at the 2020 Summer Olympics. She will represent Yemen at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
Let me make myself clear: Yasmeen is not a gross name. It's better than Jasmine, in my not-so-educated opinion, as it is one of the Arabic spellings of an otherwise Arabic name. Whether your name is Jasmine or Yasmine or Yasmeen, you have the same lovely meaning on your shoulder: "gift from God". Don't let it go to waste.
