Wendeline, Wendelina, Wendela and Wendla could be longer forms. Names ending in '-wen' like, for example, Bronwen, could also work as longer forms.

Wenda Nel (née Theron) is a South African athlete specialising in the 400 metres hurdles. She competed at the 2011 World Championships reaching the semifinals. She competed in the women's 400 metres hurdles at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

The only Wenda I've ever heard of is Wenda Gambling, a secondary character from Jean Merrill's The Pushcar War.

Sounds like someone wanted to combine Wendy and Wanda. Less annoying than Wanda, but not as pretty as Wendy. Just doesn't sound right.
