I think Vladimirka sounds more feminine, I don't dislike the original form Vladimira. Vladimira sounds solid and mature, but I think the nickname Vlada is an excellent alternative to the long original form.
I still think Vladmirika sounds fantastic, it makes this name sound youthful, especially the form Mirka. Mirka has a lot of great potential as a nickname for names like Vladimira that sound a little harsh.

This was the name of one of my uncle's sleighdogs. We called her Vladi.

I think it's rather long for a child to learn to spell. But despite this, it's quite a good name, and the nickname Mira isn't bad either. :)
