Valorie D. Thomas is an American Africana studies scholar, consultant, and screenwriter. She is the Phebe Estelle Spalding Professor of English and Africana Studies at Pomona College in Claremont, California.

Valorie Miller is an American folk guitarist and singer-songwriter from North Carolina.

Valorie Kondos Field (born Valorie Kondos), often referred to as Miss Val, is a retired American gymnastics coach. She was the head coach of the UCLA Bruins gymnastics team of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from 1991 to 2019, leading the Bruins to seven national championship titles. She is a four-time Conference Coach of the Year, the 2018 West Region Head Coach of the Year, and the Pac-12 Gymnastics Coach of the Century. She is the third most-winning NCAA gymnastics coach, behind Suzanne Yoculan and Greg Marsden.

Valorie Mae Curry (born 1986) is an American film and TV actress. She has played Jane Kuhne in Veronica Mars, Hannah McCray in CSI:NY, Melody in a short movie I Love You Like Crazy, Charlotte in The Twilight Saga:Breaking Dawn-part 2, Rose-Mare Farrow in Psych, Emma Hill in The Following, Alexia in a short film Bus Stop, Kelsey in House of Lies, Rita Cohen in American Pastoral, Talia in Blair Witch, Dot Everest in The Tick, Margot in After Darkness, and Eve in Inherit the Viper. She was the lead female patient in the music video for After Midnight. She has done voice acting and motion capture for Kara, both in the tech demo Kara and in the full game Detroit: Become Human. She was born in Los Angeles county, California. She has graduated high school in La Habra, California. She attended California State University, Fullerton where she got a degree in theatre. She has worked with the theatre groups The Second City and Phantom Projects. In theatre she played Jennie Mae in The Diviners, Monique in Out, Out, Brief Candle!. She also had a part in Oklahoma!, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and The Diary of Anne Frank.

She has spent eight years in Dallas, Texas where she and her husband started The Burton Agency. She was appointed by the Texas governor Rick Perry to the Governor's Comission for Women. She served a two-year term. She is a former Miss Black Texas USA, Miss Black USA "top 10" finalist and a runner-up to Miss Texas. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the National Speakers Association. She has graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, the Florida State University and the Florida A&M University. She has a degree in applied positive psychology and journalism.
