Ursus was used as a cognomen by the Romans before the start of the Late Roman period in the 3rd century AD (which is where most historians place the beginning of that era). As such, you might want to consider changing the usage of this name to "Ancient Roman".

Note, however, that the cognomen Ursus appears to have been rare in the centuries BC. It only really began to flourish in the centuries AD.
A notable bearer of this name was Lucius Julius Ursus. He was a Roman senator who had served as suffect consul three times: in 84 AD, in 98 AD and in 100 AD:
