Ahhhh! I thought I recognized this name! Tooticky was one of my favorite characters from the Moomins. It such a cute name and will always make me happy.

Tuulikki Pietilä is a Finnish artist, partner of Tove Jansson who created the Moomins and based the character Tooticky on her.
U is pronounced as O in Finnish.

I used Google a bit and found a site were you can hear how to pronounce this name. And yep! I like the sounding of this name. It's a pity that I don't know anybody with this name.
