Ture

Ture Nerman (1886 – 1969) was a Swedish Communist politician, and as a journalist and author, he was one of the most well-known political activists in his time. He also wrote poems and songs.

Ture Sventon is a character in Swedish humourous detective novels for young readers, but equally loved by adults. Ture was not his real name though, it was Sture, which he could not say due to lisping.
