I tend to pronounce it close to the Lion King character (tea-moan) but shorten the first syllable’s vowel to ti (as in tick) and put the stress on the second syllable MOAN. Tih-MOAN

I like this name, but couldn’t use it as a first name since people would start singing Lion King songs to him when he introduces himself.
