Þór

My favorite spelling of the name, with the original Germanic letter "Þ", that was later replaced by -th- in most Germanic dialects. It is my cousin's name, Þór (Swedish). It has a big difference in pronunciation from how contemporary English speakers pronounce Thor now. Þórr means thunder in Old Norse, name of one of the most popular gods of the Aesir pantheon. Very strong name.
