As someone from Spain I'd like to say that this name has the connotations of being really old fashioned. Like a name someone's great grandma living in a remote village would have. If you take the connotations away it sounds nice, but again, everyone here would give weird looks about naming a baby this.
Saturnina is also Polish and Lithuanian. The name days for Saturnina in Poland are October 31 and November 29.Source: https://forebears.io/x/forenames/saturnina
I actually really like this name. It’s a mixture of unusual, unique, and pretty. I feel like only some can pull this name off though.
Cool meaning.

Hehe. This name is kinda cool sounding. Nina would be a good nickname.
This is such an odd-sounding name, I could never imagine it being used, although despite this, I don't dislike it. :)
Quirky!
