Very sassy name (in a good way)!
It’s a Sassy name indeed!
Really sassy!
Sassy Sassa lol!
Reminds me of sassy.
The Swedish form of Sarah is Sara. Sassa is used as a diminutive of Astrid, Alexandra, and Sara in Sweden. So, I feel that the meaning and history section of this name should probably read, "Swedish diminutive of Astrid, Alexandra, or Sara." [noted -ed]
Very sassy. ;)
I don't think it's very common. I live in Sweden and the only Sassa I have known was a cat!
My name's Sarah and I go by Sasa (spelled like that). So yeah, it does exist.
Er... what?
I have NEVER heard Sassa as a nickname. I don't know any Astrid or Sara's that go by a nickname, and the Alexandra's I know go by Sandra or Alex. Sassa is just weird and it doesn't make sense to have it in the database.
Frozten just because you haven't heard of it doesn't mean it isn't a real name. There are plenty of English names I've never heard in my life (I live in an English speaking country) that happen to be very real.Anyhow, I rather like the name Sassa ^.^ Not sure if I'd use it though (it's probably more of a guilty pleasure name for me). I just can't see myself using it honestly.
So Sassy!
I also know an Åsa who's called Sassa. That is not common though, I couldn't guess what her real name was.
