Rosana Chouteau was a Native American chief. She was the first woman to be elected chief of the Osage Beaver Band, a clan of the Native American Osage Nation in Oklahoma, in 1875, following the death of her uncle.
Rosana Paulino is a Brazilian visual artist, educator, and curator. She holds a doctorate in Visual Arts from the University of São Paulo, School of Communications and Arts and a specialization in printmaking from London Print Studio. She won the Mercosur Konex Award from Argentina in 2022. Her works have been displayed in several shows in Spain, UK, Puerto Rico, France, USA, Cape Verde, Mexico, Portugal, and Brazil. She has also had solo exhibitions in Ouro Preto and São Paulo, Brazil.

This is my sister's name, and I love it. We have never met anyone else with this name. However, people always try to spell it with two n's or pronounce it like "Rosanna."
