In the 2017 mobile game 'Brawl Stars', Rosa is a Rare Brawler who has high health and a high damage output. Rosa's Trait allows her to charge her Super from enemies damaging her. Her attack is a flurry of three short-ranged punches from her boxing gloves. Her Super grants her a momentary but significant damage-reduction shield. Her Hypercharge, Grasping Roots, creates a temporary zone in a circular area around her that slows enemies down inside it.
My mom is Mexican and is named after my grandma Rosa. My mom is Rosa! I adore this name! My mom's name is actually Rosamaria but everyone called her Rosa!

I think Rosa sounds a little harsh compared to the lovely Rose. I have a good friend who's an extremely masculine basketball player with the surname "Rosa", so I always I'll think basketball players when I hear it.
Rosa is my all-time favourite name, I much prefer it to Rose or Rosie, I think they sound too common. Rosa isn't as gentle as Rose/Rosie I know, but it sounds more confident, just that little "a" on the end. It's so pretty, I wish I was called Rosa!
I absolutely love this name! It sounds longer than Roos (Dutch for Rose) but still enough like it. One of my best friends in primary school bore this name and that's were I got it from. She's the only Rosa I've met and certainley gave me a good impression of the name. If I ever have a daughter this will be her name.
I love this name. It's not too popular to be stereotypical of this age and not too old-fashioned to be out of the question; like naming someone Edna. Simple, sweet. Perfect.
"Rosa" could have a nameday on Palm Sunday (the Sunday before Easter) - the day of flowers and willows (the names of the other trees also have a nameday).
