I wouldn’t use it in an English Speaking country. Sounds to much like the word “wrong”.

This sounds nothing like "wrong". Wrong is spelled /ɹɑŋ/ in IPA. Rong would be written /ʐoŋ/.
Hua Rong aka "Little Li Guang," renowned archer and tamer of horses in the novel 'Water Margin' attributed to Chinese writer Shi Nai'an (ca. 1296–1372).
It seems like it would be a beautiful Chinese name, but it sounds similar to the English word "wrong" which might cause teasing in an English country or English class.
