I like Riordan. It has a strong sound and a fantastic meaning. It's in my top ten.

I sincerely hope this name isn't pronounced "REER-dan". I don't know why, but I find it slightly unattractive said this way; I much prefer "ROAR-dan".

I agree. I keep looking for a name pronounced "ROAR-dan" instead of "REER-dan" but no such luck. I usually loathe made up names, but I'm driven to the point of desperation here. Rordan look okay?
