Reign was the name of a female villain on the show 'Supergirl' and also the comics it was based on. Not a great name for an actual person, in my opinion, but works for a fantasy/sci-fi type character!

I like this name; for some reason I never even realized it was literally just the word “Reign.” I associate it with the popular horror YouTuber Reignbot.
