The Dutch pronunciation of Rebekka is the same as for Rebecca:/rə.'bɛ.ka:/There is no difference in pronunciation between -cc- and -kk- here. In fact, you could even spell the name as Rebecka and the pronunciation would still be the same in Dutch! It would only change if you were to spell the name as Rebeca or Rebeka, because then the pronunciation of the second syllable would change to /be:/ (as per the rules of the Dutch language).Sources:
