The Dutch pronunciation of Rebekka is the same as for Rebecca:/rə.'bɛ.ka:/There is no difference in pronunciation between -cc- and -kk- here. In fact, you could even spell the name as Rebecka and the pronunciation would still be the same in Dutch!
