That hilarious Honey Badger video was narrated my someone named Randall. Other than that all I can think of is Randall from Monsters, Inc. I also picture a red-haird, freckled bully when I hear this name. How strange! Randall just seems like a troublemaker.
Unfortunately, the only Randall's I know of are antagonists. When I think of the name, I picture a freckled, red-haired bully. The name itself, however, is quite nice.

Quite interesting name, I'm pretty sure it also means shield wolf anyways.
A variant of the name (Randle) is used in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" by Ken Kesey. The character himself is the indomitable Randle Patrick McMurphy. Jack Nicholson played R. P. McMurphy in the film version. That book is in my top 5 favorites.
