Raha Raissnia (born 1968, Tehran, Iran) is a contemporary artist based in New York City, known for her painting, drawing, filmmaking and performance art. Raissnia manipulates cinema's structural elements in loop installations and live performances. She often alters and tunes the mechanical parts of her film projectors, relying on her hand and playing them similarly to the way musicians play instruments.
Raha Rastifard, born February 1, 1974 in Iran, is an Iranian-German contemporary visual artist living in Stockholm, Sweden. Rastifard works in various disciplines, from painting to video art, photography, drawings, installations, sculptures and public art. Rastifard has exhibited in several European cities, including the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
Raha Moharrak (Arabic: رها محرق) (born c. 1986) is the youngest Arab and the first Saudi woman to climb Mount Everest. Previously she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Vinson, Mount Elbrus, Aconcagua, Kala Pattar, Pico de Orizaba and Iztaccihuatl.
