I like this name and yes I think it's (Kee del). I'm using this name in a book I'm writing.

I pronounce Quidel "KEE-del" (rhymes with "needle"). I don't speak a word of Mapuche, but it sounds really nice that way. In my own humble opinion anyways. :)

Pronounced kwiddle? Like piddle? Or fiddle? Oh man. I can just hear it now -- "Quidel Piddle Fiddler!" Painful!
