People, people! Show a little maturity, and, you know, tolerance! I'm sure the Turkish pronunciation is different from the English pronunciation, and I'm sure it's a fine name where Turkish is commonly spoken. Of course, the majority of users here are English speakers, but it's not helpful to assume that all names will be used in an English-speaking country and greeted humorously. I've said it before and I'll say it again: English is not the only language that matters. Surely, there are popular names among the English-speaking community that appear rude or vulgar in different languages. So, stop making these short-sighted assumptions!

It's a decent name, but not one I would recommend in an English speaking country because of the similarities to "pervert", "perv" and "perving".
