Patti is also used as a masculine name in English, as a diminutive of Patrick. However, it's more common for females. So, I think that the "Gender" of this name should be updated from "Feminine" to "Feminine & Masculine".Source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patty_(given_name)

Patti the Platypus was one of the original nine Beanie Babies.
A famous bearer is Patti LuPone (born April 21, 1949), an American actress/singer well-known for a variety of theatre roles, including Eva Peron in "Evita" on Broadway in 1979 (winning a Tony Award), Fantine in "Les Misérables" in London in 1985 (winning an Olivier award), Reno Sweeney in "Anything Goes" on Broadway in 1987, Norma Desmound in "Sunset Boulevard" in London in 1993, and Mama Rose in "Gypsy" in 2008 (winning a Tony Award).
I really like this name. Before I got my rabbit, Patti, I thought it was just ok. But when you think about it it is a great name. The "i" at the end is cute and feminine, and Patti reminds of Pat The Bunny, a children's story. But it also has a sense of elegance of the name popular during the American Revolution, Patsy. It sounds good on something cute (like a baby or a bunny) but also can grow with you. Wow! :)
This name is a cute version of Patricia, in my book, preferred to Patty, which is remiscent of a burger roll. Patti indicates sweetness and femininity. It is a very friendly name that feels casual but at the same time, can be sophisticated by the long form of Patricia.
