Meaning & History
The first element of this name is derived from either the Greek adverb πάντῃ (pantei) meaning "(in) every way, on every side" or the Greek adverb πάντως (pantos) meaning "in all ways". Both are ultimately derived from Greek πᾶς (pas) meaning "all, every". The second element of this name is derived from the Greek noun ἀνήρ (aner) meaning "man".Also compare the Greek name Pantandros, which is closely related and essentially means the same.
