From Yuki prefixed with the honorific 御/お- (o), used with regards to female names from around the Kamakura and Muromachi periods to around the 20th century.This was the name of the main character in the Mexican comic 'El pecado de Oyuki' (Oyuki's Sin) by Yolanda Vargas Dulché, published first in the comic book 'Pepín' in 1949 and then in 'Lágrimas, Risas y Amor' in 1975, subsequently adapted into a telenovela, portrayed by Ana Martín, in 1987-8.
