Odilie (also found spelled as Audilie, Authilie, Autilie, Odylie, Othilie, Othylie, Otilie and Otylie) is also a rare French form of Odilia, which seems to have seen the most use in Quebec in Canada. There are still living francophone bearers of the name today, who are not located in France but instead in other francophone regions in the world, such as Wallonia in Belgium, Quebec in Canada, Romandy in Switzerland and some countries in Africa (such as Cameroon and Congo).
