In The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, one of the characters is named Nuka. He is the oldest cub of Zira and Scar, and the brother of Vitani and Kovu. (It's odd that Nuka means younger sibling because the character Nuka was the oldest. However, Nuka means "a bad smell" in Swahili, the language many Lion King characters get their names from.) Nuka resents Kovu because Kovu was chosen by Scar to be the next king. For some reason or another, Zira hates Nuka. Near the end of the film, Nuka chases Simba up a cliff to try to bring him to Zira, but Nuka falls and dies.If Simba's Pride was made to be an adaptation of Romeo and Juliet (which is possible because The Lion King has many similarities with Hamlet), then it is said that Nuka could be based on Tybalt.
