Lady Noreen Murray, CBE FRS FRSE (née Parker; 1935 – 2011) was an English molecular geneticist who helped pioneer recombinant DNA technology (genetic engineering) by creating a series of bacteriophage lambda vectors into which genes could be inserted and expressed in order to examine their function. During her career she was recognised internationally as a pioneer and one of Britain's most distinguished and highly respected molecular geneticists.
Noreen Green is an American conductor and educator. She is Conductor and Artistic Director of the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony, which she founded in 1994, and the Jewish Community Chorale, which she founded in 2020.
I used to hate this name but I've changed my mind about it and I now LOVE this name! It's great as a middle name! ^^

Very ugly. Trust me. I hate the -eeeen sound. Norah much prettier. I will admit a bad association because I had a pretty nasty supervisor with this name. But I hate the -een sound paired with the pretty Norah.
