Ninfa Laurenzo (born Maria Ninfa Rodriguez and nicknamed Mama Ninfa, 1924 – 2001), was a Mexican American restaurateur from Houston, Texas who founded the restaurant Ninfa's. Laurenzo started out running a single taco stand in Houston, Texas.

Ninfa Segarra (born June 4, 1950) is the last President of the New York City Board of Education. She served as President of the Board from 2000 to 2002 when the Board was abolished by the State of New York and power of the city schools was transferred to Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
Ninfa Marra (born 3 July 1974) is a Venezuelan former professional tennis player. While competing on the professional tour during the 1990s, Marra reached a career high singles ranking of 333 and won an ITF tournament in Guayaquil, as well as three ITF doubles titles.
